I HIGHLY suggest cotton slouch socks, they come in a rainbow of colours, they're super cheap, and they're super stretchy. I have 19 inch calves and there's a whole lot more stretch left in them. Sometimes they're even loose! They're also absolutely *fantastic* quality for the price.
